Paris: Belgian simulation company Euramec and Turkish defense firm Havelsan have signed a cooperation agreement during a major international defense exhibition in Paris. The collaboration aims to leverage the strengths of both companies in the defense sector.

According to Anadolu Agency, the agreement was finalized on Tuesday at Eurosatory 2026, an event that gathers leading defense industry companies and delegations from across the globe. This partnership marks a significant step for Euramec as it seeks to expand its presence in Trkiye's burgeoning defense market.

Euramec, headquartered in Hamme, is renowned for its expertise in flight simulator systems and sees this alliance as a gateway to new opportunities in a strategically important region. The collaboration with Havelsan, a prominent player in the Turkish defense industry, is expected to foster innovation and strengthen both companies' positions in the global defense market.
