Turkish republic of northern cyprus: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke by phone on Sunday with Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Tufan Erhurman and Prime Minister Unal Ustel following a deadly passenger ship capsize off Kyrenia. During the calls, Erdogan offered his condolences for those who lost their lives in the incident. He also said Trkiye is providing full support for ongoing search and rescue efforts.

According to Anadolu Agency, Erdogan emphasized the importance of collaboration between the two governments in handling the aftermath of the tragedy. He assured that Trkiye will extend all necessary assistance to ensure the safety and well-being of those affected by the accident.
