New York:Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi on Wednesday at the Turkish House, also known as Turkevi, in New York.

According to Anadolu Agency, the two leaders engaged in a closed-door meeting.

Their discussion took place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. No further details about the meeting have been disclosed at this time.
