New York:Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Khalilur Rahman, president of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, and US Ambassador to the UN Michael Waltz in New York, as stated by the Foreign Ministry on Saturday.

According to Anadolu Agency, these meetings occurred on the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.

The Foreign Ministry announced Fidan's meeting with Rahman via a post on the US social media platform X. No additional details about the discussions were immediately provided.

Additionally, Fidan received US Ambassador Waltz at the Turkish House in New York, as confirmed by the ministry.
