Yemeni Forces Reclaim Red Sea Port City of Mokha from Houthis

Mokha:Yemeni pro-government forces successfully recaptured the strategic Red Sea port city of Mokha from the Houthi group after intense combat.

According to Anadolu Agency, the offensive was led by the Nation's Shield Forces, Giants Brigades, and Tihama Resistance, with support from the Popular Resistance and air cover. The city, located in the western Taiz province, had been under Houthi control since early September.

The operation involved battles at several positions around the city, utilizing a variety of weapons. These clashes resulted in numerous Houthi casualties, with fighters either killed or wounded. Additionally, several were captured, although exact numbers of casualties or prisoners were not disclosed.
