Jenin:West Bank Four Palestinians sustained injuries in different incidents involving Israeli forces throughout the occupied West Bank on Tuesday. One individual was shot in the head with a rubber bullet, while three others were struck by a military vehicle.
According to Anadolu Agency, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society confirmed that its crews transported a man to a hospital following his head injury, which occurred during an Israeli raid on Kharbatha Bani Harith village, situated west of Ramallah.
In another event, three Palestinians required hospitalization after an Israeli military jeep ran over them in the town of Al-Yamun, northwest of Jenin. Additionally, Israeli forces conducted a raid in the eastern part of Jenin, where they entered a bakery and detained several residents for questioning, as reported by the official Voice of Palestine radio. Palestine TV reported that Israeli soldiers assaulted several young men during this raid.
Further south in Khirbet Aqawis, near Masafer Yatta, Israeli police arrested a foreign pro-Palestinian activist. Local rights activist Osama Makhamra stated that Israeli forces detained five Israeli activists for several hours in nearby Khirbet al-Halawa, later releasing them and confiscating their vehicle. The activists were accused of entering an Israeli-designated military training area, identified as Firing Zone 918.
There has been an intensification of Israeli military raids and attacks against Palestinians and their property across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, since the onset of Israel's war on Gaza in October 2023.
