Ankara:Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on Thursday in the capital city of Ankara.

According to Anadolu Agency – English, Erdogan welcomed Mirziyoyev, who was in Ankara to attend the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, at the Presidential Complex.

The two leaders were photographed in front of the Turkish and Uzbek flags, shaking hands before starting their bilateral meeting. After the meeting, both leaders are expected to participate in a signing ceremony for agreements between Turkey and Uzbekistan.
