Doha:Yemen's armed forces announced that they have neutralized 324 Houthi fighters and commanders in a series of 982 military operations over the last 24 hours. These operations are part of the ongoing Dawn of Yemen campaign.
According to Anadolu Agency – English, military spokesman Col. Majid Abdullah al-Nuzaili detailed that the operations involved the use of warplanes, drones, field artillery, and rocket launchers targeting Houthi reinforcements, command centers, and supply routes. Additionally, 108 military vehicles and various weapons were destroyed or damaged during these operations.
Al-Nuzaili indicated that government forces are actively engaging Houthi positions in the Taiz, Marib, Al-Jawf, and Al-Bayda provinces, as well as on southern and southwestern fronts. The recent intensification of fighting follows a Saudi-led coalition military campaign against the Houthis.
The Houthis also announced that they executed six attacks on targets in Saudi Arabia, including oil refineries and Saudi Aramco facilities, as well as airports in Riyadh and Dammam. They claimed these attacks disrupted air traffic and caused casualties at a military facility in Najran.
These developments are part of the broader Dawn of Yemen operation, aimed at dislodging Houthi forces from strategic positions across multiple fronts.
