Astana: Anadolu, a prominent news agency, has announced plans to expand its training programs to benefit young journalists from Turkic states who wish to specialize in fields such as war reporting. This announcement was made by Yusuf Ozhan, the agency's deputy director-general and editor-in-chief, during the 2nd General Assembly of the Alliance of Turkic News Agencies (ATNA) held in the Kazakh capital, Astana.

According to Anadolu Agency, Ozhan emphasized the agency's expertise in specialized journalism areas, including drone journalism and war reporting. He highlighted the availability of programs such as the Fact Check Line, Discrimination Line, and Green Line, which are open to young journalists from Turkic states. Ozhan assured the assembly that Anadolu is prepared to support future projects in these specialized journalism fields.

During Anadolu's term presidency, significant developments were made, including the adoption of the ATNA logo, the launch of an official website, and the organization of various training and experience-sharing programs for staff from ATNA member news agencies. Ozhan noted that many journalists from these countries have participated in war reporting training sessions.

He further expressed optimism about the future, stating that the Organization of Turkic States is viewed with hope. Ozhan affirmed ATNA's commitment to sharing this narrative and expressed a belief that efforts would be accelerated to achieve this goal in the near future.
