Iran: Iran's Revolutionary Guards announced on Thursday that they launched an attack on an American oil tanker in the Persian Gulf. This incident comes amid escalating tensions following a joint US-Israeli offensive on Iran.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Guards' Public Relations Department released a statement via the state news agency IRNA, confirming that Iranian naval forces had "successfully targeted an American oil tanker in the northern Persian Gulf." The recent hostilities have resulted in the deaths of over 900 individuals since the US and Israel began their joint offensive on Saturday. Among the casualties are Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several top military officials.
