Iran: Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi revealed that several countries, including China, Russia, and France, have reached out to Tehran concerning the possibility of a ceasefire. Gharibabadi emphasized that Iran's primary condition for any ceasefire is the assurance that aggression will not be repeated.

According to Anadolu Agency, regional tensions have escalated following a joint attack by Israel and the US on Iran on February 28. The attack resulted in over 1,200 casualties, including the death of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, as reported by Iranian authorities.

In response, Iran has launched drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries that host US military assets. This ongoing conflict has prompted international calls for a ceasefire, highlighting the urgency for diplomatic efforts to de-escalate the situation.
