Tehran: Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced early Friday that a missile and drone attack resulted in significant damage to the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier. The incident reportedly took place during ongoing operations in the region.

According to Anadolu Agency, the IRGC released a statement detailing the targeting of the US Navy carrier. However, the statement did not specify the extent of the damage inflicted or whether there were any casualties as a result of the attack.
