Kuwait Reports Six Injuries from Debris Following Iranian Attack

Kuwait city: Kuwait's Health Ministry announced early Monday that debris and shrapnel had fallen in a residential area in the north of the country following what it described as an 'unjust Iranian attack,' resulting in six injuries. According to Anadolu Agency, Ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah al-Sanad stated that the central operations room received reports at dawn of falling projectiles and fragments in the area. Emergency medical teams and ambulance services responded immediately, addressing injuries ranging from minor wounds to temporary hearing effects caused by loud blasts, as well as fall-related injuries linked to the explosion. Dr. al-Sanad confirmed that all patients received necessary medical care in line with approved protocols and remain in stable condition, with no serious complications reported. Regional tensions have escalated since the US and Israel launched a joint offensive on Iran on February 28, resulting in over 1,340 casualties, including then-Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Tehran has r etaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, as well as Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries hosting US military assets. Iran has also imposed restrictions on the movement of ships through the Strait of Hormuz.
