Pyongyang: North Korea has opened its Pyongyang Autumn International Trade Fair to foreign businesses, marking a significant opportunity for international economic engagement with the reclusive nation.

According to Anadolu Agency, Young Pioneer Tour (YPT), a tour group, announced that it can facilitate business delegation visas through the Korea External Economic Exchange Association for those interested in attending the trade fair. This development follows the reopening of North Korea's touristic border city of Rason near China earlier this year in February.

The YPT group mentioned that the Pyongyang Chamber of Commerce will host a VIP presentation to provide an in-depth overview and insights into North Korea's economy. This initiative aims to give foreign businesses a closer look at potential economic opportunities within the country.

Visitors granted visas for the trade fair will also have the opportunity to explore Pyongyang and visit Mt. Myohyang. According to the YPT website, the tour is scheduled to take place between October and November, extending for eight days and priced at approximately £3,995 ($4,704). Travelers will be flying to North Korea via China.
