Oviedo:Spain continued their impressive run in the UEFA Nations League, clinching a 3-1 victory over Czechia on Saturday.
According to Anadolu Agency, Lamine Yamal, Rodri, and Mikel Merino scored for Spain, helping them maintain their perfect record in the League A Group 3 Matchday 3 encounter.
Yamal initiated the scoring early in the sixth minute with a left-footed shot that found the top-left corner of the net. Spain extended their lead in the 35th minute when Rodri capitalized on a deflected ball, making it 2-0 by halftime.
Czechia managed to reduce the deficit in the 69th minute through Jiri Slama, who scored with a precise shot into the bottom-right corner. However, their hopes of equalizing were dashed when a goal by Resat Naderi was disallowed due to a foul.
