Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Libya's Government of National Unity Premier Abdul Hamid engaged in discussions on bilateral relations and regional issues.

According to Anadolu Agency, during a phone call, Erdogan conveyed to Dbeibeh that Turkey is "closely following" developments in Libya and is committed to playing a role in ensuring security and stability in the region. The conversation emphasized the importance of cooperation between Turkey and Libya, especially in the energy sector. Erdogan highlighted the intent of both nations to persist in their collaborative efforts to safeguard their rights and interests in the Eastern Mediterranean.
