Ankara: The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) inked a protocol Monday with Trkiye's flag carrier Turkish Airlines and low-cost carrier AJet under a project which aims to make air transportation to the TRNC easier and cheaper.

According to Anadolu Agency, the protocol represents a significant step in enhancing connectivity and accessibility to the TRNC. This initiative is expected to boost tourism and economic activities by providing more affordable airline options and increasing the frequency of flights to the region.
