Turkish Stock Exchange Opens Higher with BIST 100 Index Gaining.

Istanbul: Trkiye's benchmark stock index, BIST 100, opened on Tuesday at 9,430.99 points, reflecting an increase of 0.38% or 35.6 points from the previous closing session. According to Anadolu Agency, the BIST 100 index had also seen a slight uptick on Monday, closing at 9,395.39 points, which marked a small increase of 0.06%. The daily transaction volume reached 81 billion Turkish liras, equivalent to approximately $2.34 billion. As of 10:30 a.m. local time (0730 GMT), the exchange rates were recorded at 34.6055 Turkish liras for one US dollar, 36.6410 for one euro, and 43.8430 for one British pound. Meanwhile, the price of one ounce of gold was noted at $2,618.49, and Brent crude oil was trading at $72.95 per barrel.
