This marks a slight increase of 0.01% or 0.80 points from the previous closing figure. According to Anadolu Agency, on Wednesday, the BIST 100 index experienced a modest rise of 0.04%, closing at 9,639.77 points. The daily transaction volume reached 99.1 billion Turkish liras, equivalent to approximately $2.86 billion. By 10:00 a.m. (0700GMT), currency exchange rates noted the US dollar at 34.6680 against the Turkish lira, the euro at 36.6350, and the British pound at 43.9040. Additionally, the price for an ounce of gold was reported at $2,636.70, while Brent crude oil was trading at $72.2 per barrel.
