Istanbul: Trkiye's benchmark stock index, the BIST 100, opened Tuesday at 10,567.66 points, marking a slight increase of 0.11% or 11.47 points from the previous close.

According to Anadolu Agency, the index had seen a decline of 1.53% on Monday, closing at 10,556.18 points, with a daily transaction volume reaching 104.3 billion Turkish liras, equivalent to $2.49 billion.

As of 10.05 am local time (0705GMT), the exchange rates for the Turkish lira stood at 41.8030 against the US dollar, 48.4345 against the euro, and 55.5820 against the British pound. Additionally, the price of an ounce of gold was $4,109.30, while Brent crude oil was trading at $62.50 per barrel.
