Gaza city: Two children, including a baby, have died from malnutrition in the Israel-blockaded Gaza Strip. A 2-year-old baby named Yousef Safady, died at Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.

According to Anadolu Agency, another child, 14-year-old Abdel Jawad Al-Ghalban, succumbed to severe malnutrition at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis. Their deaths follow the recent passing of 43-year-old Ahmed Mohammed Al-Hasanat, who died from acute malnutrition at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah city.

The fatalities occurred amidst a continued blockade, with Israel having sealed all crossings into Gaza since March 2. This closure has halted the entry of essential food, medicine, and humanitarian aid, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region.
