Ankara:Caribbean: The US military has executed a strike on a vessel suspected of drug trafficking in the Caribbean, resulting in the deaths of four individuals, as reported by the US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM).

According to Anadolu Agency, SOUTHCOM stated that Joint Task Force Western Hemisphere was responsible for the "lethal, kinetic strike" on the high-speed vessel, which was operating along well-known drug-trafficking routes in the region.

Intelligence confirmed the vessel's active involvement in narco-trafficking, according to SOUTHCOM. The individuals killed in the operation were described by the command as "narco-terrorists."

Additionally, SOUTHCOM released footage of the operation, showing the vessel moving through the water before it was struck and engulfed in an explosion.
