Riyadh: Yemen's Houthis announced on Thursday that they conducted two drone attacks targeting an Aramco facility and a 'sensitive' location at the Najran airport in southwestern Saudi Arabia.
According to Anadolu Agency, Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree stated in a social media post that the group executed two 'military operations' using a pair of drones, asserting that both operations had 'successfully achieved their objectives.'
Saree specified that the first operation targeted a sensitive Saudi target at Najran airport, while the second focused on Aramco Najran. He explained that these attacks were in retaliation for an airspace violation by Saudi Arabia, which allegedly involved the use of two drones in Yemen's northwestern Saada province.
As of now, Riyadh has not issued a response to the spokesman's claims.
