Beirut: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in the US on Tuesday ahead of discussions with President Donald Trump. In a post on the US social media platform X, Zelenskyy expressed his intentions to meet with Trump, his team, and others who could support Ukraine's defense efforts. He emphasized that Ukraine's top priority is anti-ballistic defense and strategic cooperation with the United States, stressing the urgency of advancing peace.

According to Anadolu Agency, Zelenskyy also plans to honor the memory of the late Republican Senator Lindsey Graham during a ceremony in Washington. Zelenskyy stated that the ceremony will be a moment to remember Senator Graham's dedication to security and freedom across the transatlantic community and the world.
