Myanmar: Myanmar's junta leader Gen. Min Aung Hlaing Thursday participated in the 8th Greater Mekong Subregion Summit in Kunming, China. The two-day summit that began on Wednesday, hosted by Chinese Premier Li Qiang, took place in Kunming, the capital of China's southern Yunnan province. Asian Development Bank President Masatsugu Asakawa also participated in the summit. On the sidelines of the gathering, Gen. Min Aung Hlaing, who has made few international trips since 2021, held meetings, including with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet.
