Tehran: Three loud explosions were heard in Iran's capital, Tehran, early Tuesday, shortly after the Israeli army issued an evacuation warning for the city's central Seventh District. The blasts occurred following Israel's call for residents in the area to leave immediately in anticipation of imminent strikes.

According to Anadolu Agency, Iranian media reported Israeli attacks on multiple locations across the country, including Karaj in western Tehran, the northwestern city of Urmia in West Azerbaijan province, Rasht in northern Iran, and other parts of Gilan province. The situation intensified as nearly simultaneously, former U.S. President Donald Trump posted on his Truth Social platform that both sides had reached a deal to halt hostilities.

Trump announced, "It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a Complete and Total CEASEFIRE (in approximately 6 hours from now, when Israel and Iran have wound down and completed their in-progress, final missions!), for 12 hours, at which point the War will be considered, ENDED!"

The recent surge in regional tensions began on Sunday when the United States bombed Iran's Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan nuclear facilities. These attacks marked the latest escalation in a U.S.-backed Israeli military assault on Iran since June 13, prompting Tehran to launch retaliatory attacks on Israel.

Israeli authorities have reported that at least 25 people have been killed, and hundreds injured in Iranian missile attacks since the escalation. Meanwhile, in Iran, the Iranian Health Ministry has reported that at least 430 people have been killed and more than 3,500 wounded in the Israeli assault.
