Additional strikes in the Al-Saftawi neighborhood of northern Gaza City killed seven people and injured several others. In a related development, six Syrian soldiers were killed in Israeli drone strikes near Damascus. Syria's state-run Al-Ikhbariya TV reported that Israeli drones targeted Syrian army positions in the Damascus countryside. This incident follows Israel's continued military interventions in Syria, which have been ongoing since the fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime last December. These strikes have focused on military sites and assets, including fighter jets, missile systems, and air defense installations.
