Gaza strip: The Israeli army reported on Saturday that it conducted an airstrike targeting two Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip, marking a breach of the existing ceasefire agreement. The military statement alleged that the airstrike was necessary as the two individuals "posed an immediate threat" after purportedly crossing the yellow line, a demarcation separating Israeli-controlled areas from those accessible to Palestinians.

According to Anadolu Agency, there is no confirmation yet on whether the targeted individuals were killed or injured. Palestinians have consistently accused the Israeli military of violating the ceasefire agreement, which was implemented in Gaza on October 10.

Gaza's Government Media Office has reported that since the ceasefire's commencement, at least 394 Palestinians have lost their lives due to Israeli attacks. Furthermore, since the onset of hostilities in October 2023, Israeli actions in Gaza have resulted in the deaths of more than 70,700 people, predominantly women and children, and caused injuries to over 171,000 individuals, leaving substantial destruction across the region.
