Turkish Foreign Minister Meets with Turkic Counterparts in Strategic Istanbul Talks

Istanbul: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Saturday met with his Azerbaijani, Kyrgyz, and Uzbek counterparts in Istanbul, according to the Foreign Ministry.

According to Anadolu Agency, Fidan held discussions with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubayev, and Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov. These meetings took place on the sidelines of the Informal Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Istanbul.

The OTS gathering is a platform for foreign ministers from Turkic-speaking countries to engage in discussions centered on regional cooperation, political coordination, and cultural ties. However, specific details of the discussions between the ministers have not been made available.
