Iran Reports Targeting of 94 Ambulances and 17 Aid Bases in US-Israeli Strikes

Tehran: Iran's Red Crescent Society announced on Tuesday that 94 ambulances and 17 of its aid bases have been directly targeted in airstrikes conducted by the United States and Israel since late last month.

According to Anadolu Agency, Pirhossein Kolivand, head of the Red Crescent Society, stated that these attacks have also targeted three rescue helicopters and other rescue vehicles since the conflict began on February 28. The ongoing airstrikes by the US and Israel have resulted in the deaths of over 1,340 people, including the then-Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

In response to these airstrikes, Tehran has conducted drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, as well as Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries that host US military assets. These retaliatory actions have led to casualties and significant damage to infrastructure, while also causing disruptions in global markets and aviation.
