Hadera: A fire broke out in the city of Hadera in northern Israel after a missile barrage from Iran on Wednesday, Israeli media reported.

According to Anadolu Agency, sirens sounded in several cities across northern and central Israel, including Tel Aviv, Hadera, and Caesarea. The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that a missile struck Hadera, where smoke was observed rising. Debris from intercepted missiles fell in the settlement of Modi'in Illit, as noted by Channel 12.

Loud explosions were also heard over Jerusalem as Israeli air defenses attempted to intercept the incoming missiles, an Anadolu Agency correspondent reported. The ongoing conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran has seen sustained airstrikes on Iran since February 28, resulting in significant casualties, including the death of then-Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

Tehran has responded with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, as well as Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries hosting US military assets. These retaliatory actions have led to casualties, infrastructure damage, and disruptions in global markets and aviation.
