Ankara: Trkiye on Saturday criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over his remarks targeting President Erdogan, saying: “Everyone knows that he (Netanyahu) has no moral values and legitimacy to lecture anyone.”

According to Anadolu Agency, Trkiye’s Communications Director Burhanettin Duran took to the US-based social media platform X to address the issue. Duran accused Netanyahu of orchestrating a genocide in Gaza and attacking seven countries in the region. He stated that the Israeli Prime Minister’s comments targeting President Erdogan stem from desperation.

Duran noted that Netanyahu is a “criminal with arrest warrants to his name with no friends left.” He emphasized that Netanyahu’s policies contribute to regional instability and conflict, which he uses as a means to maintain power.

Furthermore, Duran asserted that Netanyahu will eventually be held accountable for his crimes against humanity. He also reiterated Ankara’s commitment to fighting against oppressors to achieve a more just, peaceful, and secure world.
