White House Denies Authenticity of Iranian Media’s Draft Proposal

Washington: A draft proposal to end the US-Israeli war against Iran, released by Tehran's state media, has been labeled as "a complete fabrication" by the White House. The announcement was made on Wednesday, dismissing the authenticity of the document purportedly outlining a peace agreement.

According to Anadolu Agency, the White House responded swiftly to the report by Iranian state media, emphasizing that the memorandum of understanding (MOU) they presented is entirely false. The White House communicated through the American social media platform X, urging the public to disregard the claims made by Iranian media. The statement underscored the importance of relying on verified facts and warned against believing unfounded reports.

The use of the term MOU refers to the memorandum of understanding that Iranian media claimed was part of the proposal. However, the White House has categorically denied any such document's existence or legitimacy, reaffirming its stance against the misinformation being disseminated by Tehran's state outlets.
