Kosovo: Kosovo on Monday signed an agreement for the country's participation in the International Stabilization Force (ISF) in Gaza. The Kosovo Security Force (KSF) announced on social media the signing of the agreement for its participation in the ISF.

According to Anadolu Agency, the agreement was signed during an official visit to Kosovo by Major General Jasper Jeffers, Commander of the Gaza International Stabilization Force, and his staff. The Participation Agreement was formalized between representatives of the Board of Peace/ISF Gaza and KSF Commander Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari. During the signing ceremony, Jeffers acknowledged Kosovo's decision and readiness to contribute to the international mission, highlighting the significance of the KSF's involvement in efforts to maintain peace, security, and stability.

Jashari emphasized that the KSF's participation in international security missions aligns with Kosovo's vision to contribute to global peace and security. He stated that the KSF aims to enhance its role in international security with the objective of transitioning from a security importer to a security exporter, actively working alongside international allies and partners to build and maintain peace and security.

The Board of Peace has issued a roadmap as of July 31 to implement the next phase of the Gaza plan, which includes the disarmament of Hamas, a phased Israeli withdrawal, the transfer of administration to a Palestinian technocratic committee, deployment of an international stabilization force, and reconstruction efforts.
