Tampa:The first day of US-sponsored technical military meetings between Lebanon and Israel concluded on Tuesday in Florida, with talks scheduled to continue on Wednesday.

According to Anadolu Agency – English, the meetings, hosted at the US Central Command headquarters in Tampa, lasted approximately six hours. These discussions are part of ongoing efforts to review the implementation of a "framework agreement" and to deliberate on "pilot areas" in southern Lebanon from which the Israeli army is expected to withdraw.

The talks form part of broader US initiatives to ensure the agreement's execution amidst ongoing Israeli military actions in southern Lebanon.
