According to Anadolu Agency – English, the coalition is an informal group of countries committed to providing military, economic, and diplomatic support to Ukraine. The exercise, named Koalicja, will take place from November 9 to November 22.
Approximately 2,800 troops from 11 countries will participate in the exercise, with France and the UK jointly leading the initiative. The UK Ministry of Defense specified that the force would only be deployed to Ukraine after hostilities have ceased and upon request by the Ukrainian government, and it would not engage in peacekeeping or ceasefire-monitoring activities.
Furthermore, Turkish forces will conduct maritime exercises in Istanbul, focusing on mine clearance to ensure the safe return of commercial shipping to Ukrainian ports.
