Gaza: Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip have resulted in the deaths of at least 39 more Palestinians in the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 51,240 since the conflict began in October 2023, according to a statement from the Health Ministry.

According to Anadolu Agency, the ministry reported that 62 additional injured individuals were taken to hospitals, bringing the total number of injuries to 116,931 amid the ongoing Israeli military actions. The statement highlighted that numerous victims remain trapped under debris and on roads, with rescuers unable to reach them.

The Israeli army resumed its offensive operations on the Gaza Strip on March 18, leading to the deaths of 1,864 people and nearly 4,900 injuries, despite a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement established in January.

In November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Additionally, Israel faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice related to its actions in the enclave.
