Iranian Revolutionary Guards Commander Vows Continued Strikes on Israel

Tehran: Iranian Revolutionary Guards Commander Ahmad Vahidi stated that attacks against Israel will persist "as long as deemed necessary," as Tehran initiated a new series of missile strikes on Tel Aviv early Saturday.

According to Anadolu Agency, the new missile strikes against Israel commenced at 1:20 a.m. local time (2250GMT Friday) from Tehran and Kermanshah provinces. Iranian state television aired footage displaying missiles impacting Tel Aviv, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict.

The recent hostilities follow Israel's military operation against Iran launched on Friday, which targeted Iranian nuclear facilities and long-range missile capabilities. In retaliation, Iran executed "Operation True Promise III" against Israel, intensifying the military confrontation between the two nations.
