Saudi arabia: Saudi Arabia announced Monday that it intercepted and destroyed 61 more drones in the country's Eastern Region. The Saudi Defense Ministry shared this information through posts on the social media platform X, beginning early Monday.

According to Anadolu Agency, the incident follows joint attacks by Israel and the US on Iran on February 28, which resulted in approximately 1,300 fatalities, including the then-Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Since these attacks, tensions have heightened in the region.

Iran has responded to these attacks with drone and missile strikes, aiming at targets in Israel, Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries that host US military assets.
